Really? Even in 2011, when Germany hosted the event, a higher percentage of the British public was watching. IMHO they do not view ESC as a "joke" necessarily but they traditionally have a much stronger sense of humour about the contest. Which even would be acceptable if they stopped accusing others of cheating everytime it is not going their way. However, none of their five last entries can be objectively classified as a "joke" entry.

Well, but it's not much to cheer for when they watch it to have a laugh and not because they actually like it and BBC trying to put some effort in it.

I do not think the people that watch it in Germany (or in any other country, except maybe Malta) do it because they fell in love with the music presented there either. Nor do I, and I am a fan. The British are just taking it to extremes sometimes. ;)

Well, I don't watch it as a comedy show though... but I guess we're all different.

Instantly top my list of the entries known so far. I've missed you Cascada - but this hints at a possible return to form. 10 points for now, but could easily get my 12 on the night :D

I have a terrible feeling that the song presentation will be a complete miss, but Natalie has great live vocals and I believe that Germany could easily be competing in the top 5 in the final. The main problem is that the entry won't have the chance to make an early impression in the semis, like Sweden did last year. Promotion is the key - Cascada should embark on a European-wide promo tour starting NOW :)

Overrated. Just because of the name: Cascada, it's overrated and kinda cheap-ish for me. Also live performance is a "meh". Gave it 4 points.

The song is not overrated !
It's not a fan-favorite, like Norway or Denmark and it's even not in the bookmakers top 3.
The live performance was over the top. It just lacks some "show"... But il will be brought for Eurovision.

Plus, it's the first time ever a Eurovision entry is aired on a big national radio a long time before Eurovision in France. So for someone who is not a fan in France, the only 2 entrants he knows for the moment are Amandine Bourgeois and Cascada. So, I widely don't think it's overrated... It's rather underrated for the moment...

I love this. It's the only song so far that may song like a winner, though I'm not really sure. But it will be on top for sure, 12 points :D

Tonight seems to be a Eurovision reunion at Stefan Raab's WokWM  Cascada is singing "Glorious" while Blue, Nadine Beiler and Lordi are going to ride the woks
