The heart graphic design looks like an eye exam.. combined with the fond it gives it a real Canva feel.

The stage is.. ok. The mountain design seems quite literal and from what we saw mostly decorative. Not good design work there.
EDIT: Apparently it will be used for projection.. could be interesting, could be a disaster depending on what the individual teams are going for.. but ultimately a literal visual element like that tenda to limit ideas.

I like the centre frame though, it gives it a lovely theatre touch.

I do feel like the close proximity of the audience and the stage can create quite a few problems for live TV too, considering all the flags and signs that are going to be there.

So there's like.... a "inner" and "outer" audience area, with a huge oddly shaped catwalk and a select audience inside a box of pillars?

Might look amazing on TV but i can imagine it will be frustrating to many of those actually there, who won't be able to see much of the performers when they're at the innermost part of the stage.

The video was confusing, at first i thought they had a super-long straight catwalk almost the entire length of the arena, then it turns out to have a weird shape, basically a secondary stage followed by a T-shaped catwalk, all inside a box with most of the audience outside it. Gonna be interesting to see this explained and displayed better...

Quite like the stage tbh, but it's hard to tell anything from a highly edited concept art, but it's looking good i think. I like the mountains, and I like the 2 tier design with an inner audience section and a frame. I don't mind the popart-ish theme either, we've had far worse designs in previous years.

What I really don't like though, and I think it spoils the entire graphic is that font choice. It looks cheap af, it's looks like the font choice someone would make if they're hosting a fan contest for the first time ever and had 0 skill at all. Ofc in this case, it's full professionals designing it all and not a fan on their home computer, so it's wild to me they settled on that font.

The font/ graphic design is DREADFUL in the biggest possible way. Is this a joke? It looks like a bad PowerPoint/ Paint/ Wordart design from 25 years ago. Or like a very trippy, disturbing fever dream.

The font should at least be in white, not in black.

I don’t really get the staging with those mountains yet. I need to see the real stage, not the renderings, before making any judgements. All in all I’m not too keen of including this mountain theme. I mean as an I’m a total mountain sports person but I don’t know, it feels too cliché.

Coming out of hiatus just to say how godawful the visuals are. The animated parts are an eyesore. The bus looked super cool with the tiny hears, but I feel the visuals using the Eurovision hearts is just a bit of a cop out (at least 2023 stylized the hearts and made something memorable).

I find the stage to be weird looking. The frame thing is interesting, but it just feels like it's gonna be a hard time for whoever is sitting around it, behind it.

I won't even start with the tired slogan.

I love everything about the stage and visuals but the italics font when they present the countries. I hope there's still room for improvement on that because all the rest it's a magnificent work by the Swiss.

Spend millions on a sharp looking stage. No money left for the rest, including graphical design.

The graphics are heavily giving:

Times New Roman is my arch nemesis, it is the mandatory font I have to use in all my paperwork/documents at work. AND NOT THE ITALIC TNR agh-

Reviving myself just for commenting on the audiovisual package for this year.

The stage is good in certain parts. The mountain screens are cool, looking forward to how they will use it. Unfortunately the background is just another humongous TV screen. The outer frame is a HSE hazard for whoever is near it.

The theme art is triggering me. I'm all in for the concept but the execution, it shoudn't be with all those colors... some weird choices have been made I see. Did they use an updated TNR for the typeface?

Audio is cool though.

Slightly late to the party as I’ve been poorly!

Love the stage design - it echoes last year in a way but has its own spin on it. Intrigued to know where the Green Room will be? All will be revealed in time I suppose.

I wasn’t a huge lover of the Times New Roman but I’m warming to it now - not something we’ve had in recent years and makes a change from the block capitals I suppose.
