:by: most likely and :ge: is in.
I don't like when a country says "most likely". Slovakia & BiH said that. After some months, they didn't participate.

That will not happen until EBU has investigated your "cheating", you should be happy if you´re allowed to compete next year

hm true. I hope something is made of it and its not just forgotten about. Because if its true then it will bring the rest of their songs into question and even their win which may be changed and given to Italy, or even Sweden. Either way this story has tarnished what little good reputation they had.

I really look forward to this, have such inquiries really been conducted before? I mean I agree that all the post-Eurovision whining from Azerbaijan, Russia and Belarus just prove that it's all about politics, nothing else, and that it tarnishes both the contest and the countries involved in those rumors.

However, isn't the EBU corrupted itself? If they were really looking for "no cheating countries", then they would reveal the jury-televote split voting asap. The thing is that their interests must be somewhere else... Pointing the finger at Azerbaijan only isn't right to me, because if it turns out that they cheat, then they aren't the only ones to blame. It's the pot calling the kettle black.

Completely agree, Azerbaijan may be a fiend for cheating, but the rest of the EBU isn't squeaky clean either, not by a long shot.

I've read somewhere a bit of a time ago that Malta frequently bends rules and cheats, and it was made known when the Austrian broadcaster said that Malta tried to buy them; but it was ignored because the Austrian broadcaster is seen as more sour than a crate of lemons.

Azerbaijan has been playing fishy for years, do you guys HONESTLY think EBU will all out of sudden come clean and act ethical finally? EBU itself is corrupt and non-transparent, and that's part of why Azerbaijan has gotten away with their dirty tactics for years in ESC, also part of why EBU won't reveal the votes amongst other fishy things.

Nothing will happen with the Azeri case as long as EBU itself is corrupt!
