OUT:
- a completely and utterly lifeless performer + an average song in slot 02 + is from Ireland = bye
- an obvious victim of jealousy. gianluca wouldn't lie to me
- a diabolical song that is cancelled by the other songs in its sf (most notably Russia)
- also utterly cancelled by other songs? lol (perhaps even moreso than Roko is)
- THAT BRAINDEAD PEROXIDE DIRGE??oOX I don't think so.
- an utter trainwreck, which SHOULD be fun but isn't? Bye girl.
- Can't really share my thoughts because there's no such thing as a BorisBubbles Thought on Latvia 2019

/ - One of the slow, stylistic songs will make it in the finale I think and the other one will fizzle out in a mediocre 16th place. I favour Macedonia here, but w/e

I will mention that I'm a huge sceptic of the song, but at the same time I can't make an argument why it would NQ? it's outright good (read: not boring or evil), and that's more than half the battle in this semi.
anyone who thinks Jonida NQ's after she's been one of the consistently BEST acts during the preshow, is out of their damn' mind. She's only considered borderline because of the flag.
Russia has to be utter rubbish in order to miss out on an ESC final, which they aren't, so
Sweden has to be insipid and boring in order to miss out on an ESC final, which they aren't, so
There's always a chance Switzerland fuck up beyond repair but this is their Lie to Me (except, not unbearable so it may do even better!)
Chingiz is ready to fulfill his true Imri Ziv destiny of qualifying in third place, opening the Grand Final and finishing in a blistering 23rd place with about 16 points total.

they are young, hard and free to flop once they've reached the finale, thank you very much
could go either way, but I already have listed 7 NQs + one of Macedonia/Austria definitely NQs. Also, things I wrote about Sweden and Russia apply to Romania as well, if not more than they do to Sweden and Russia, so.

In random order: Armenia (I saw some people don't like it, but in the portuguese and brazilian forums I visited "Walking Out" is one of the favorites. I also love it), Switzerland, Macedonia, Sweden, Malta, Russia, Albania, Norway (Although I don't like, I believe in the qualifying), The Netherlands and Azerbaijan.

I like Latvia too, but "That Night" isn't a music to stand out.
