Not to mention that absolute tragic piece she did with that Australian guy where they just ripped into the contest calling it tasteless and coming last is the best thing because it proves our song was good because all that lot in Europe don't know good music.
I feel like ITV would be absolutely fantastic at picking an entry but as far as the actual broadcasting and approach to Eurovision goes... no thank you.
I feel like Channel 4 would be the best of both worlds, but too low-key for the contest's exposure in this country.
"hear this years entry "Children of the Millennium" on the show! "
wtf song title is that. Molly gonna sue.
Here is one to consider; James Newman may well be the act, but 'My Last Breath', 'If You Could See Me Now' and 'Children of the Millennium' could all be tracks he has recorded that are set to be part of an album that will drop in the run up to the contest with one of those tracks (or even another unseen track) being the one to represent the UK this year.
Hell, each one of those could be singles due to drop off the album at a later date. That would explain why the artwork for 'My Last Breath' matches the promo text as all the singles and the album artwork will share the same aesthetics (the same blue theme) as one and other. Goodness, each one may well have been considered for the final song hence why they'd have the Eurovision text at the bottom of each of the single artworks.
Or, maybe this is all a wild ride and I haven't had enough sleep to process it all!
Possibly. But the reason they might be talking about the project thing that share's that title is because its local radio and they love tenuous links to stuff so they can build features around it so it might well still be the song's title and the title of this project they are covering! And that "Children of the Millennium" rumour. Debunked.
It just gets odder and odder.
