Actually I think United will qualify for CL in the usual manner by getting fourth in the Premier League.

Liverpool will bottle it against the minor sides and Arsenal is a joke at the moment. The momentum is on United's side.

Right now we have a prem disadvantage, couple of main squad injured and even worse Zlatan has a match ban :s

I think getting to the CL by winning the EL is the easier way right now. All the remaining teams in the EL are teams United could beat, even tho there's no easy matches at this point. The main issue for us in the PL is the amount of matches coming up (and the further we get in the EL, the more matches it will be), with little rest in between, and injuries/bans on important players. Not really liking this national team break either tbh...

West Brom (h) Apr 1
Everton (h) Apr 4
Sunderland (a) Apr 9
Anderlecht (a) Apr 13
Chelsea (h) Apr 16
Anderlecht (h) Apr 20
Burnley (a) Apr 23
Man City (a) Apr 27
Swansea (h) Apr 30
EL semi* May 4
Arsenal (a) May 6 (most likely 7th or 8th)
EL semi* May 11
Tottenham (a) May 13 (most likely 14th or 15th)
Crystal Palace (h) May 21
EL final* May 24

Plus Southampton (a), which haven't gotten a date yet... I was actually relieved that we were knocked out of the FA cup. Another trophy would be great of course, but the most important right now is to get a spot in CL next season. Winning the FA cup wouldn't have helped, it would just add more matches, and I don't see room for those matches. But it would also be awesome to finish above Liverpool (mainly to shut up their fans), and get a top 4 PL finish, so I'm not saying United shouldn't try to get that 4th spot. Will be a couple of exciting months, that's for sure. :)

After Man U spluttered unconvincingly past Rostov I'm absolutely not expecting them to win the EL.

Beşiktaş should have won EL! Fake players who missed penalties on purpose will leave the club hopefully next season...

This Year will probably a Desaster for us with RB Leipzig, TSG Hoffenheim, FC Köln, SC Freiburg and especially Hertha BSC playing International.

UEFA Champions League, 3rd round:

:ro: Steaua Bucharest - Viktoria Plzen :cz:
Viktoria is tough but still we got the weakest possible opponent. I would say we have 50 - 50 chances!

:ro: Viitorul Constanta - APOEL Nicossia :cy:/Dudelange :lu:
Viitorul has some chances also!

UEFA Europa League, 3rd round:

:ro: Astra Giurgiu / :az: FK Zira - Olexandriya :ua:
Astra is going directly to the Play-Off!

:ro: CS Universitatea Craiova - AC Milan :it:
Ouch! It's over before it even started for Craiova.

:ro: Dinamo Bucharest - Atlethic Bilbao :es:
Bad draw for Dinamo, also!

:ro: Viitorul Constanta - APOEL Nicossia :cy: 1 - 0
Well done, Viitorul!

Astra played dull, but I really think they can do it!

:ro: CS Universitatea Craiova - AC Milan :it: 0 - 1
Craiova did an amazing job. I was expecting a 0 - 3 loss!

:ro: Dinamo Bucharest - Athletic Bilbao :es: 1 - 1
Astonishing 2nd Half made by Dinamo! Pure awesome!

oh hey, it's that time of the year again when i care about clubs..

So once again :sl: Maribor is the only one that has some chance... They won the first match with 1:0 against :is: FH
:sl: Domžale lost against germans 0:1
and the other two are out already

This year i also cheer for :hr: Rijeka because :sl: Matjaž Kek is their manager... he's the guy responsible for slovenian participation in WC 2010 xbow

Great match made by Steaua! Now I hope we get CSKA Moscow in the Play-Off!

:cy: APOEL Nicossia - Viitorul Constanta :ro: 1 - 0, 4 - 0 A.E.T. (4 - 1 agg.)
Viitorul is young and inexperienced! They missed a lot of oportunities in the firts half which could've led to their qualification.
