UEFA Europa League, Group stage:

:ro: Pandurii Targu Jiu - Fiorentina :it: 1 - 2
We really are cursed! After Steaua being equalised two days ago, now Pandurii has 1 - 0 until '85 and then Fiorentina scores, and they score again in the last minute!

:hr: Rijeka vs Lyon:fr: 1 - 1
Well done Rijeka! One but maybe very precious point, there are still some hopes.....:)

:nl: PSV Eindhoven vs GNK Dinamo Zagreb:hr: 2 - 0

As it was expected, Dinamo missed one more chance to stay in EL through the winter part of season......

Eintracht Frankfurt lost 2-3 against Maccabi Tel Aviv last Thursday -.-
We played a very, very bad first half and were already 0-3 down at halftime.

But we are still 1st in our group :-)

Today FC Bayern broke a new record: 10 CL wins in a row
What an amazing team
Let's see if they will make an era of dominance like Barcelona made in the last 6, 7 years

Basel is a really good and tough team! Hopefully Schalke will win over them at home.

It didn't mather anyway! Now, I just hope that Pandurii will win against Pacos de Fereirra and finish 3rd in the group!

We finished this European campaign heads up! Now, we must focus on Liga 1, because next week we have the double against Astra Giurgiu, which will probably decide the league winner!

:de: SC Freiburg - FC Sevilla :es: 0 - 2

Freiburg is out, but I think, it´s the best solution, because they have to fight against the relegation in German Bundesliga

Pandurii missed chances like for 10 matches, not that it mathered for anything. With this, the adventure of the romanian teams in Europe is finished for this season.

Sorianos goal was terrific, surely the goal of the year up to now
the slogan "Red bull gives you wings" seems correct. RB Salzburg plays fantastic football, great pressing and the offense works very well. They can already compete with big teams
It might be an exaggeration to consider them as a favorite for winning the Europa League, but semi final seems realistic

I predict the EL champion this year will come from Italy. Even when Lazio fails, they still have 3 big irons in the fire (Juve, Napoli, Fiorentina)
