Well even this is one of the songs in my top and this qualification is totally deserved, must say that I'm a little bit disappoint with Can's performance tonight. Dancers did great job, but, don't know something missing for complete atmosphere.

No I wouldn't have to, but in the other threads people doesn't get so offended either and take it for what it is : personal taste.
But in here no no.. people start getting defense-offensive.
You can hate this song and say "i hate it and prefer x song instead of it" but "it stole the place from someone more deserving" doesn't sound respectful. Whenever we're in final, most of people say "thanks to diaspora bla bla..." as if we never deserve to be in final. We couldn't qualify last year but the same story still goes on.
Yes, people who don't see them and blame Turkey to get unfair votes make me angry as well but like i said, diaspora discussion never ends.

Yeah. I agree with that. he was so excited that his voice sounded shaky. I could feel that. I hope he will sing the song better in the final.

Oh come on guys, enough with that story about diaspora. Fact is that Turkey put a lot in this contest, they care for it and with or without diaspora voting they deserved every single qualification in last xxx years (OK except Rimi rimi ley), and last year they were (in my opinion) capacity for top 10.
All countries who complain on Turkey every year and say bla blah... it's easy for them they have huge diaspora, must stop complaining and try to learn from Turkish example.

When Jedward got announced last I was like, its as if they have left them until last to get the a big crowd eruption. Obviously that they are well known. Then tonight I said, Turkey will be drawn last, for the same reason. It will be a big crowd pleaser in the hall.It is a bit weird. WELL DONE TURKEY
