Is speed skating really that popular in the Netherlands??
14 medals in Sochi in that sport for The Netherlands!!

It really is! I think ALL of their Winter Olympic money goes completely to speed skating
Dutch speed skaters have the loudest and most dedicated fans. Even the King and Queen attended the events! It may be the level of Hockey in Canada or Russia

I wonder how many countries will decide this year in March ?
IMHO last year experience where good songs like Switzerland, San Marino, for instance, did not qualified also because when thez arrived at March with songs released back to November or December... this means 6-7 months old and already passed by in people's mind! That's why everyone is trying to postpone release.
This is just my idea and it is not "THE TRUTH" since Ukraine last year was one of the first to release the song and arrived second (even though with a restyled song....).
Anyhow from Nederlands i expect a dance-folk-country style song, like in trend for these latest months... an Avicii trend style!
I think it doesn't matter when a song is revealed, who knows all the songs before the contest? Only die hard fans, most voters only know their own country's song which they cannot vote for anyway, or no songs at all, so that's not an issue.

It's such a shame that this doesn't create more of a buzz, Anouk alone caused the Internet to go crazy but barely announce is taking notice of this one....oh well.
