Actually, the songs of both artists that's been posted in here so far are rather boring and generic... but taste differs (and so does the taste of Europeans aswell).

OMG I love Ilse

I'd prefer her solo, though, I'm not a fan of Waylon (although I don't know many songs of him). And my favorite songs of Ilse are "Miracle" (it's among my all time favorite songs actually) and I also like "Hurricane" very much too (FSC winner ), so I don't think she needed somebody with her.

TBH, I'd prefer them to use their names instead of giving their duo another name.

I just hope the song will be strong. Somebody posted "Need you now" of Lady Antebellum above, I hope for something like this.

Of course I expected some people who think that anything "normal" is generic, boring and dated to bash this choice from the first day.
The style of both artists fits perfectly what can do well in ESC, so some random people here don't diminish their chances for something good in ESC.
