Agreed, been watching it recently again to the build up of this year's Eurovision and I have to say this was the best Dutch entry ever, true gem

My personal winner of 2014!!

Don´t get me wrong, i also liked "Rise like a Phoenix" and felt very happy for Austria, but only one song that year gave me this "magic moment" where you just sit silent and impressed in front of the TV, and this was "Calm After the Storm". My parents loved this song the most and I was also very happy when my country gave to the Netherlands.

This is btw one of the few songs of the ESC that is still being played by the radio stations in Germany. Well deserved, and I give this entry well deserved as well!!
