The Delfinals have consisted of 7 songs each since 2015. Out of the songs performing last (melodi nummer sju!), 32 out of 35 have made their way to the final.

Out of the three remaining one is Theoz this year, who can still make it 33/35 (which he probably will). That’s over 94 %. Loreen (Statements) is one of only two Melodi nr. 7’s that didn’t make it to the final.

Performing last when there are only seven songs is hardly an advantage, so this is basically SVT putting their favorites in that slot time after time after time after time… and putting much more effort into the stagings of these same songs.

It’s really starting to irritate me that you know every fucking melodi nummer sju will be in the final.

I can't imagine the potential meltdown if Loreen doesn't win, just like what happened when she lost her Andra Chansen duel in 2017 to Anton Hagman xscared
I still have trouble processing this tragedy

Having said that, i'm still not sure loreen has this in the bag, i would love her to win this but i have this feeling it might be m&m...
A friend of mine said: "the entire europe wants to send loreen. Except for sweden" and i'm afraid he could be right

:se: can be a pain in the ass.

I will start rooting for Loreen IF she gets picked.... but so far, I will just prepare myself for seeing them sending Maria Sur (and having to place Sweden inside my bottom 5 for now).

"Frozen" is my favourite song by Madonna - No second of Loreen´s leaked performance made me think of that song...

(after reading your comment and watching the snippet again, I understand where you´re coming from.. but it´s just that "strings" sound "similar" if there´s just long notes (and no other instruments at the same time).)

I still have the impression that Swedes are not big Looren fans, or she wouldn't have lost to Anton Hagman back in 2017 when she was still somewhat relevant.

I think she will come 2nd, like Eric Saade did with Every Minute, which also had a very original staging concept btw.

M&M will probably win this.

I saw a blogger who covers Melfest every year say Loreen might be 2nd or 3rd in the audience poll because the staging makes it harder for her to connect with them in the arena.

Marcus and Martinus won their heat audience poll by a landslide but either could win the public vote.

According to Schlagerprofilerna's survey where they asked 300-ish people from this night's dress rehearsal Loreen won with 113, Smash Into Pieces came 2nd with 79 and Emil Henrohn came 3rd. They also pointed out that a lot of them were children and even some of them said Loreen was their favourite.

Loreen is winning xheart Like I feel like 12 points from all the juries is almost a lock, I can't see a juror not respecting her vocals and staging. When it comes to the song itself it's not like any other song is more original or better.

Televote must have her at least 2nd, not even Sweden is that blind to not see its potential.

Like if that happens... I have no words. It's not that m and m are bad but when you compare these two performances how are they even on the same level?

Oh there were 100 less votes at M&M rehearsal and there is only a 3 vote difference between them and Loreen. However they say M&M had no competition.

I've seen the whole performance of Tatoo and I'm underwhelmed except the nice climax. Melfest has been very disappointing this year. Loreen won't be winning Eurovision with that if she even wins Melfest.
