Judging from the snippet and the rehearsal clip, it seems like we have already heard the chorus and there is no beat......

If that is the case, I will be truly disappointed since the chorus is so weak that it actually sounds like a pre-chorus
The beat picks up, trust me. However it is a very different beat compared to Euphoria. This is more a "running on a field" type of beat, while Euphoria has a more bouncy classical EDM-beat.

I'm not familiar at all with the swedish music scene but someone told me this morning Marcus & Martinus are really popular in Sweden. I don't know the accuracy of this. Anyone to confirm this please ? How popular are they compared to Loreen ? I mean Loreen won Eurovision so i think she's extremely popular but i don't live there so i don't have informations.

Can we potentially have another TIX vs KEiiNO situation here ? Loreen being KEiiNO, the one to beat with the winner material song vs Marcus&Martinus being the other favourite with big fanbase (if this is accurate). I know there are also juries but i think they will respect Air performance a lot, thanks to the slick visuals and great vocals.

I have a feeling Loreen winning Melodifestivalen is not a done deal yet.
Not buying that. Bookmakers are saying she's going to win (by a landslide) and so she will. Bookmakers are hardly ever wrong 😁
Air is not that special either, so it's not as if they have a lot to pick up from. Melodi festivalen has been going downhill lately although they have managed to pick the correct entry every time imo .

I also can't see anyone else winning. It's quite possible that Loreen will get almost all if not all 12 from the juries. It's that better than anything else here. So even if she isn't that far above others in the televote she'll win (same as with Cornelia last year and I think Loreen has an even higher chance of doing better than her with the juries AND the televote since there's no Anders + she's better known than Cornelia). Also was there a melfest when the winner wasn't first in the odds? I don't think so - I think all Cornelia, Tusse, John Lundvik, and Benjamin Ingrosso were first. Maybe the Mamas? I can't remember that. + she's not like 10 % in front of M and M she's 35 % in front of them without even performing.

Anyway if they send Loreen (I'm 90% sure they will) Sweden will have such a good streak. (Cornelia was one of my faves last year and Loreen will be too)

maybe yeah. But 2017 was a very open year!
I think he meant robin from 2013. He came from AC, it was an unlikely winner, but I believe it was the only time it happened. In the modern era, that is. I remember there was once a lot of favouritism for Yohio and for Jon Henryk , but I'm not sure if they were first in the odds.

2017 was so strange. Robin won MF without a storyline and went to ESC also placing high so randoml. Didn’t sit right with me. It should have been Jon Henrik or Wikttoria.

In 2020, Dotter was at >50% during the week before the finals.
Austrian jury ruined her. Austria usually doesn’t vote for effects but for vocals and the song. I don’t agree with them when they put Dotter down but that’s how the cookie crumbles when you invite jurors from the country of Mozart and Strauss.

Closeups make it stunning for TV picture. Not sure if the audience in the venue will be able to see her properly.
They will, the LED above her is rising throughout the performance and she will be fully standing and dancing. The beginning will be more interesting on TV but I don't think it will look that bad in person overall.
