Tennessee Tears were alright but apart from them, everything was underwhelming to really bad in this heat. I can´t believe this was actually a heat at Melodifestivalen.

I also understood why Wiktoria didn´t even get to Andra Chansen (it´s still shocking, though). That was a mess of an entry. Definitely her worst attempt so far (it sounded alright in the first recap) but the chorus was indeed annoying!

I am sooo happy about Tennessee Tears! When we heard the songs on Tuesday I said "meh ok". I ended up loving it and I'm so glad they're through. For a moment I thought it was a DTF lol. Yee-haw!

The interval act though! Gosh I wish I had Linda's energy! It's incredible! But you know, my favorite moment was Magnus and Tess sharing the stage again in a classic song! Got to see them at the after party and I finally have a photo with both of them in the same pic (got dozens with them separately).

Magnus posted the video of the interval act on his FB page and Babsan commented that it was amazing but other than that, "what happened to Melodifestivalen nowadays"? Ouch

Same! At first I was like "oh, her performance is just okay" but then the middle 8 came and the camera zoomes at her, the lights go out, she delivers those vocals, a high note and the background singers appear ala Quedate conmigo. This was such a moment. I would be okay with Stockholm 2024!

The epitome of a plastic song. Lazy attempt at moving people with super cringy lyrics and full of eurovision cliches.
I have a feeling Loreen will give us something new, if Sweden snobs it and goes for a dated ballad just coz of the snob story it will be funny.

I'm usually on the hyping side of the fandom when it comes to Melodifestivalen songs, but this year is truly disappointing.
So far I only truly loved Elov & Beny and Wiktoria.
I know better than to put my hopes in Elov & Beny representing Sweden. That one is just for my playlist.
And my reaction to Wiktoria NQ was just numb.. almost as if i saw it coming.

Here's to hoping heat 3 & 4 will fix everything

Maria Sur as winner of Melodifestivalen would be characteristic for this years edition up until now because it's really just a basic song trying to impress with the story behind it and I don't think anyone will fall for it at Eurovision
