I did not know what to write about this entry. I didn't know....ohhh I got it...Serhat's song is much better. 3 points for now. Good luck dear neighbours, Slovenia! You need it.

I admit it's quite disappointing from Slovenia, after the great songs sent to Denmark and Austria.
I find her vocals quite shouty before she sings the chorus, that is quite irritating to my ears.
However, I find this part very lovely:

How can I mix red and blue together?
Beautiful days and stormy weather

I don't see this qualifying.

Definitely not. This is pure trolling.

I've decided that this song is a hot wreck. We're a bit starved for them this year, and my standards are lowered, so I think I'll let this count. The lyrics in the chorus are mind-numbingly stupid, and the "ally/a lie/jai alai" chirping feels incredibly ridiculous. So does her switch between the under-acted verses and the hammy gestures she does in the chorus. Slay me, ManuElla xheat

Congrats MozzarElla, you're last in the odds. First time since 2010 that our entry had this honour xqueenbitch

Congrats ManuSlélla, you're the first one to sing a Slovenian song which is not overhyped by the fans. First time since ever that it happens, and this is the most important thing xqueenbitch

Wow, not everyone manages to be even below San Marino. That's actually an achievement :)

This reminds me of a song from my childhood but I can't figure out which one....

LOL no. Sestre were iconic, Narodnozabavni drek was just lame and not even slightly entertaining.

Sestre were indeed iconic, but NR is on another level. Modern meets classic, it's very avant-garde. Even today it still sounds current. A masterpiece...

Wow, so in this thread Sestre and NR are being appreciated. What a display of bad taste. Are you able to sleep at night, I wonder?

I am going to repeat this once more: Sestre are iconic and their entry was just magnificent. If you'd speak Slovenian, you'd understood what I am talking about. The power of their lyrics and the beauty of language are simply outstanding and hard to surpass. But since you don't speak Slovenian, you'll never get my point of view, so, this debate is probably pointless.

Preffering something is hardly the same as appreciating it. And you can say whatever you want about Sestre and the polka rock crap, at least it was memorable. MozzarElla on the other hand is so bland and forgettable that she can't keep even the attention of anyone in the country before ESC. Nobody talks about her, her song is not played on the radio, it's like we withdrew this year. The only time she will ever be mentioned again is on the day of the semi and after that she will vanish into oblivion, unless she takes part in a reality show. Which I wouldn't be surprised if it happens, considering how much of a try hard she is.

So Manuella isn't a popular act in Slovenia?
How did she win against Raiven then?
