Oh don't worry, I was just joking. I know you wanted to do that and that's good, I just pointed out you translated the English titles aswell.
You know, what Omar said everyone are saying, and often it is not true even. I mean why would he do a song in English? Then translate it to Slovenian and then back to English again? Makes no sense.
Often this is said to legitimate a use of English in Eurovision instead of original native language version, and often it's just made up to make it look good for the public who might not like the idea of translation.
As much as I understand the new direction for EMA (considering the flops in Eurovision and that Eurovision is totally taken over by English only, mostly thanks to biased juries), but I still don't agree with that decision though.
And as pointed out, some of the flops weren't because of use of Slovenian, rather than the absolute wrong entries being chosen.
It's quite easy to find something to blame on, and now it's blamed on native language. A bad song won't be better just because it's sung in English imo.
But yes, Slovenia has been underrated in several occasions aswell when native language was used (2005, 2007-2008).

There's a lot of changes, cause they're really trying to make a sucess this year. And yeah, one of the changes is that they allowed English songs too. Actually Andrej Hofer (EMA editor) said that they'll probably translate a winning son in English.. and I really haven't decided if that's good or not yet.. Hm...
Omar said in an interview that he actually wrote song in English, and than translated it in Slovenian. He will probably not be a winner, but you never know.. I'm pretty sure that you'll see a new face on Eurovision, because biggest favourites (ofc without hearing the songs) are Nina and Maja, who will both (probably) sing in Slovenian on EMA.
And thank you for wishing us good luck, cause we will need it! We can make good songs, but we just have to choose the right one.
