Woah, hot new format. Interesting to see how it works for them. I do think it's a little pointless to have jury and televote qualifiers, because unless the public favourite is already chosen by the jury then the public will ignore the jury selection and vote for one of the televote options.

We decide who goes to Sweden, yet 4/6 songs are decided by the jury. I don't think this works, this combination rarely does something good.
In any case, I'm really happy to see something new. It's great that we finally have a SF.

Hmmm! Thinking at this format, I think that we will have a big name (Inna? Alexandraq Stan?). The jury don't want to assume their choice and it is obvious that 100% televoting means the big names are in advantage. I have some names in my mind that can win just coming on stage and waiting 3 minutes there.

Ah ah no it's OK I think, if nobody wants your song maybe it's a sign, you should stop singing, it will be better for everybody ! But nice try anyway !

In the last years, Romania was represented by music produced by CAT Music. So, I entered on their youtube channel and I found 3 songs with 3 minutes. The most promoted is a song from Gabriel Baruta (Hotel FM 2011) and Brighi from The Voice of Romania, a very talented girl. The song still don't convince me and I hope they will reconsider the support for this song:
Then we have a song produced by Costi (composer of Zaleilah). So Costi + Cat Music were already on ESC in 2012. The artists from the song are Costi, Romanian Otilia, Bulgarian Andrea and Jamican Shaggy:
And finally, we have a new artist, no one heard about her/them in Romania, but the song is interesting:

and rest assured, I will be working HARD on the vocal training before the live shows
I am also going to send the song that I think came quite close in Norway (I say that because I got an email saying I didnt make it for one of the songs saying I didnt make the final stage, so I assume it was in the stage before the final songs were picked) its the one thats a bit like Belgium 2010 and Cyprus 2015
EDIT: The version I will send to TVR is the version I have edited the vocals a bit so it doesnt sound as bad

This, uh... worries me. Didn't your NF televoters in 2014 overwhelmingly vote for some TV host with a crap song because she said she'd hand out free watches to anyone who voted for her or something?

Oh, by no means was Miracle a masterpiece - I much preferred Breathe from that year's NF - but when first place in the televote has about four times as many votes as second place after essentially bribing voters, then... well, something's not going perfectly.

Before national selection, no one knew him. Without Antena 1, the victory would have been impossible for him.

Ah, I stand corrected then. It doesn't change my concerns too much, though - now it's just changed to 'I don't trust your NF voters because they voted for popularity over music quality'. Though that'd probably happen in any country
