Okay so I've gotten a lot of Facebook spam from him over the last few months and thus have a lot of residual feelings of annoyance towards him. BUT. Even the impartial part of my brain is just...um...
holy goodness this is one of the funniest things I've ever seen
I give best moment to the "Paradissssssioooo......" whisper at the beginning but would entertain the opinion of literally anything in that video.

To be honest, I'd rather look at the video as well. It's awkward, but at least it's memorable.
If Mihai gets to represent us and we get the last spot in SEMI 2, Europe should thank us. Imagine that..after a long ESC SF, when you are incredibly depressed by the songs, Mihai appears singing Paradisio, reminding us that it can always be worse.

I am sorry to say this and dont get me wrong, I havent managed to deal with him properly, but he comes across very arrogant. Saying its the best song and stuff ... and on Youtube he has 5300 thumbs down and not even 1000 up. Is his ego that big? I mean, I dont know. Something doesnt seem right for me here. Sorry.
I dont see him as the representive for Romania this year, I hope there are better songs.

I never perceived him as being arrogant, more with a stupid optimism and way too much enthusiasm.
But, to be honest, I would see him getting through the semis. He will get a lot of Tumblr attention, I see a situation similar to Cezar's, since he also has a good voice. Maybe he wants to get the Star Wars fans..maybe this was his plan from the very beginning. I will buy a a new puffy blanket for that moment, to cover my eyes with embarassment.

The more I listen to "Paradisio" the more I love it!
I think when watching the video (which has now been made private by Mihai, but some people have uploaded it) was rather distracting and I couldn't listen to the song and appreciate it for what it was. Now I have just listened to the song I love it more

Aww, the cheesy Paradisio video is gone. The song does sound a little better when it's not paired with the video, but seeing as I was never going to love the song all that much anyway I would have at least preferred to have the amusing video stay around.

If you have gone trough with Cezar in 2013, which was a circus and bad taste for me, I wouldnt be surprised to see Mihai in the final this year. But, to be honest, it is a very good material for Romania to fail to qualify for the first time...
