Good running order? They‘ve basically thrown all lesser popular entries between Iceland and Finland under the bus, like they did with all between Cyprus and Malta, France and Italy etc.

I am a bit disappointed because I thought things would change for the better after CB‘s leaving but now I wish they would return to their favourite - lesser popular - favourite - lesser popular scheme. Which gave all artists much more credits than simply sacrificing all entries outside the betting odds top 10 for the sake of making money.

A very messy, shitty running order in my opinion... I will comment on it tomorrow.
All I will say for now is that :ch: seems like the clear winner to me, also good spot in the running order... based on the running order there are also still good chances for :lt: :fr: :it:

Portugal getting a pimp slow song showcase slot between Malta and Serbia is annoying me as well. How can a song from my bottom 3 be getting these breaks?

Anyway, I promised myself I won't read too much into the running order - I still think this is one of the widest open contests we've had in a long time, so the voting phase will be exciting. Really hope it's a close run race as well with no clear run away winner ;)

I personally don’t think the running order helps Frans at all in the running order. They are in the middle of a lot of chaos the thing is the song isn’t likes Bulgaria’s which is just constantly calm throughout. Towards the end it just gets a big chaotic especially when you look at the recap and it’s the part with the the camera spinning around her. The running order really leaves this even more wide open. Listening to the recap no song give me definite winner vibes. Tbh the only one that kind of does is San Marino 😂

I have at least some big faves, but not as many as in 2018-19 and I still liked my faves from those years better, including the two in your post. On the other hand I only hate two songs. My overall average rating might have even improved, bur the extremes just aren't present as much. So I probably still liked those years better.

I just watched the recap and ANOTHER thing that I realized and that puts me off is that they almost replicated semi 1 in the first part of the first half and semi 2 in the second part of the first half of the GF.
First part of the second half is mainly semi 2 replica and the end of the second half until the end are mainly pre-qualifiers. And even almost in the same order as in the semis.

How boring is that?! I feel I have to watch both semis again. Huge disappointment.

Is it too late to crawl back in remorse and ask Björkman to come back? I‘m sorry dear for all the things I‘ve said about you and your producing skills! xrose

They probably used Greece as filler before the winner which means that Greece qualified 9th or 10th.
