In this case I too deeply agree with you! Simone de Oliveira is a star! Desfolhada Portuguesa is still my number 1 portuguese entry throughout the whole ESC history.
In my opinion 1969 was one of the strongest years ever in the contest - but the fact that Simone came second but last (only beating Norway) is nothing but tragic... Her voice, her stage-presence - nothing here deserved 15th place... even in that year.

There is only one favorite to represent us in Rotterdam - Bárbara Tinoco

Her popularity will play an important role here, only juries can ruin her chances... According to her popularity/taste of Portuguese people, I don't see anyone else winning the televote... I'm excited for "Cegueira", but I don't have high hopes since both Dubio and +351 are recent projects and that staging needs to be out of the world to put them in the race.

They have been my favourites but I wouldn't mind to see Elisa winning, on the other hand I think our chances could be better with Bárbara than with any other, despite not liking her song... I'm worried dunno what I want... Next Saturday I hope "Cegueira" will be outstanding but I'm not really sure that will happen

He'll easily be in the top 2 of the televoting this week. And I see this jury rewarding him well too. He'll definitely be Capicua's #1.
Yeah, Judas and Kady seem to have interesting performances. I'd say Dúbio, Jimmy P and Kady are almost guaranteed qualifiers on saturday.

Jimmy P snippets weren't that great, the stage looked a bit dark and empty, but either way he is a sure qualifier, so I wouldn't worry.
He is the biggest name in this semi and his fans will vote for him no matter what, also 2 of the juries (Capicua and Rui Miguel Abreu) will put in in their tops.

I'm wondering if Judas can get the fourth ticket to the final, this semi is really weak but "Cubismo Enviesado" has been panned in Portugal for having the laziest lyrics in the contest(the song is the shortest and it repeats the chorus "Vês ou não?" a total of 33 times), Judas needs an epic performance to make it work live and I'm a bit unsure if he can pull it out, although I pray that he does(May Foureira watches over him!!)

But I doubt all black singers will be qualifiers.. lol

Yeah, the backing vocals are way more audible than Jimmy P himself
That choir breaks or makes the song, so they better get their act together til saturday

I'm pretty sure Claudio Frank will be a non-qualifier, apart from Conan, the judges will hate the song and I don't see the televote supporting it
