He can't miss the rehearsals. EBU would never allow it. The rehearsals are essential not only for the performer has for the crew that is eorking to make sure the camera work is spot on.

Maybe RTP has a special arrangement with EBU and Salvador will rehearse on 1 May, but this whole situation is really annoying me... I don't think its his fault since he never watched Eurovision and had no idea of those rehearsals weeks, I blame RTP for not warning him that he needed those 2-3 weeks free of commitments...

Guys, just heard an interview Salvador gave yesterday to a portuguese tadio station and apparently it's his mom that is making his stage outfit. It was also her that made the outfit for the NF.

I doubt :/ I think they are going with a "I don't care. I'm doing it because I have too".

It just shows that he doesn't care about Eurovision unlike the majority of the participants. Salvador isn't a superficial guy just to appeal masses. He follows the hipster rules. That may work in May!

Hmm no one can miss the rehearsals. It's very important both for the performer to know the stage and for the team organizing everything to know how to get better camera shots, better lightning effect, etc. Eurovision is on a whole new level compared with FdC, I hope someone tells him that and he cancels the concerts he has soon.

I don't see a problem with his mom creating his stage outfit. Hopefully it's similar to FdC's outfit. If he goes with a nice clean suit it wouldn't fit the song as much as the one he usually uses. It adds to the special charm.

No April 30th is the rehearsals start for the countries in the first half of the first semi-final, which includes Portugal.

I think that's actually the reason why it's his mom designing the outfits especially for him, because of the medical condition

I saw someone say that he said in an interview in the radio today that he will go to his concerts on April 29th and 30th...Is this true? If so, I'm really disappointed, it's very unprofessional from him and RTP's team.

EDIT: I've also read people saying the team already booked the flights for April 29th, so I don't know what to believe anymore

He said in the sane interview yesterday, but that was before they knew the rehearsals will start on the 30th. I doubt je miss the rehearsals. EBU wouldn't allow it
