Hum... im not very excited with the names... i think it will be the same thing as previous years.

The only ones i am excited about are Emanuel, Tiago Pais Dias () and João Matos. But it will all come down to the song and the artist.

"Alvorada" was an amazing ballad with an amazing performance. My absolute favourite from that NF.

Vanessa can undoubtebly sing, but her song wouldn't have been out of place in ESC 1969. Contemporaneity surely must count for something and I don't really expect anything from this composer as he's proven time and time again what he can do.

Something good might come from Tiago Pais Dias, João Só, João Matos and Babic IMO. Ricardo Afonso seems to be one hell of a singer, but I've no idea what he's like as a composer as I'd never heard of him until today.

From the other five I expect less than nothing. There's the very real danger my fellow Portuguese countryman may come to choose Rui Andrade or Emanuel though

so what's the problem with Rui's vocals? Portugal sent Homens da Luta to Eurovision and nobody died. At least Rui is handsome and he might be the Ott Lepland of 2014.

I think it's the best to wait for the songs to be released. May the best act win. I think that Portugal has been quite underrated in Eurovision and a Eurovision in Lisbon sound more than fine to me.

Never say never, if Romania wins I will go to attend ESC in Bucharest, tickets won't be that expensive and I have never been there, I have been to some Romanian towns and cities but never to capital..where are you from?

I think they will celebrate it during the NF, specially during the final.
They did a show to select the best Portuguese song ever at the Eurovision in 2009 or 2010 ("Senhora do mar" won). I don't have any idea why the heck they didn't wait a few more years
