I agree with all my heart. That's why most of our hate is not towards Blanka, but TVP. Her song is not terrible and with some revamps and better vocals might end up qualifying in Liverpool after all. TVP on the other hand has done everything they could to deserve the hate. Period.

I want to ask you something, I read that TVP didn’t want Jann cuz of his sexual identity, but why did they include him in the lineup and let him perform at a time when children are watching in the first place? And if the broadcaster is so conservative, why would they allow a song that is literally called “Booty”?

The most popular theory is that they wanted his loss to be percieved as something like people saying they don't like such atrocities. That's why they didn't show us televote results - to claim that "people" were the ones who chose Blanka over Jann.

As for the username, I get that all the time. I like telling people it's a form of a "dirty mind test"

If anyone is interested, I found a petition for Jann to go to eurovision. Probably won't do much, but it's interesting to see how many people will end up signing it. As of now the numbers are rising rapidly.

So I just watched the live performance of the winning song.

Can someone please tell me this is a joke? When is the actual Polish NF? She can't even sing? This is the kind of "performance" you get in a random beachbar in Malta when some random bit slutty and most of all drunk 19yo partygirl actually thinks she can sing and start grabbing a mic. And then the DJ says something like "no, come on, give it back".

I mean, this "artist" isn't really the one to blame, the people who actually had the idea it was a good idea to send her are tho. This is one of the worst performances I've seen in a long time.

For an uptempo dance song this is just so vanilla. She sounded really bad vocally too. I wasn't some huge Jann fan but Gladiator was at least more interesting than this. Thank good that horrendous Booty song didn't win.

Apparently there was a leak of the televote results saying Jann came 1st with around 18000 votes while Blank came 2nd with around 6000.

No idea if that's real though I just saw it on Reddit.

I don't think this was as much about not making Jann win, as it was about making Blanka win.

I don't think jury should be snobs, always vote for the best vocalist and not vote for bops. I'm probably the last person who thinks that. Jury voted for Chanel, Albina... But whatever someone thinks about Chanel's song, whatever they like it or not, that performance and what Blanka served us yesterday can hardly be in the same sentence. Song is weak and singing is a trainwreck.

TBH, I don't even care if Jann wins or not. His performance was also a complete mess, it's more about giving max points to Blanka.
It's just shady.
IMO, jury should have placed Dominik Dudek first. Song is okish and his performance was the best of the night.

Yea, I found this one on Twitter as well I was looking for source and some girl wrote that this is information from the guy who runs dziennik-eurowizyjny.pl, but there is no such info on his site. But as I can see that guy from the screen is the one who runs that website, so this probably is true...? Unless he has a wrong info. And he wrote that according his sources it was staged for Blanka (we don't know if she was not aware of it) and he probably will post something about it in 1/2 days. Interesting because he was always so preservative.

There is such a big buzz in Polish media after NF!

I don't know if someone posted it before, but the article on tvp.pl pages about Blanka winning was published by mistake 2 hours before the national final, so another thing to discuss is out. Of course it could be just a draft, but this is weird that only the one about Blanka was online by mistake, she was not the strongest choice to winning, lol. Coinsidence? Maybe. But...

I feel kinda sad for her, because she can't be happy after those results and comments on the internet. Only on her Instagram there is a lot of commensts asking her to withdraw etc. If she just performed and it happend - well, sad. Remember that public gave have 10 points in televoting.

BUT, seeing her sitting with the son of Edyta Górniak on the audience... putting her by "proffesional" juries on the 1st place with comments that "we need something not-demonic" (Górniak"), "amazing voice" (Sierocki)... even Górniak blurted out"there was a lot of changes in their scoreboards"... they put Natasza higher than Maja Hyży even if Natasza's performance was bad and such a low place for Alicia... it doesn't look good fot the future. Who wants to participate in the future national final like this, lol? And now we have a rumor about 18k televoting votes for Jann with only 6k for Blanka. If this is true, in last year's voting system he could probably win like Ochman over Daria.

I was wriiting about presentation of the results, it was such a mess when it comes to televoting, but we still don't know how the juries vote, because I thought that each of them should create their own "top 10", but it looks like they just chatted and created one top 10 together, lol. So maybe Edyta as a boss of the jury (XD) could push to put Jann over top3 that friend of her son could win.
