That is absolutely magnificent! Gosh! If that were to be Poland's entry i'd get so excited. What an unusual song. I haven't heard anything quite like it before.

Second this! I really hope TVP take note! This would be a magnificent comeback, a real proud and quality comeback. It would be Poland's comeback to their glory 90's ESC years (when they sent quality and more daring entries instead of most of the crap we got from 99-). I hope there's a real chance this (or something like it), could end up being the entry for Poland. I wouldn't change a thing (and the Polish must stay!). I wrote some time ago that Poland should try pull off a "Albania 2012" sort of entry, and this would have that effect! It's just quality and different from the pack.

Let's hope TVP get their act together (instead of calling someone like Ewa Farna and her teeny-chick-pop-rock or some desperate Swedish product like Danny who got Polish roots and some cheap MF reject).

Yes, it's original, but will "die" among other songs. It's like Finland 2012 ("När jag blundar") - interesting and mystical, but don't makes you vote for it.

I actually disagree, Finland's entry in 2012 was far more subtle, this would stand out more I think with the right performance. I did a quick preview of her latest album (where this is picked from), and "Bóg tu zmarł" is a stand-out track from there, so if they'd pick any song from that album, that would be the best pick imo.

Either that or Dorian-Cleo's "MY SŁOWIANIE" of the discussed names/songs. I think TVP should comeback with a bang and really try to dare something different. I guess Dorian-Cleo would stand out even more though, so if I had to choose I'd probably pick that song over Halina's, however the juries hate everything that is modern and odd like that while they would probably support an entry like Halina's song, so it's hard to tell.

If they pick that awful The Voice participant that was discussed some pages ago, I'd rather they don't comeback though.

As much as I liked "Na Kolana" (and I agree "S.O.S." is perhaps even better), it all sounds a bit out-of-date now with this whole Pop-R&B thing and I'm not really sure "Na Kolana" even would have made it to the finals back in 2006. It was contemporary back then, but more of a radio song than an instant song that would have really stand out in ESC.

I totally agree! I hope TVP take note or that someone from Poland in here could convince them...

Though, knowing TVP my hopes are not too high, but then again they proved me totally wrong by coming back so there's hope...

For me, all of their entries have been listenable but nothing special... I'm also not optimisic for this year, but I suppose we'll see

My private opinion - there is like 5 % chance Halina could represent Poland - so - little theory :
* she was involved with TVP in the past (coach on "Clash of the choirs" 1st season and she was great - 3rd place if I remember well, + of course festivals)
* after she split with Brathanki she has been more famous for her private life than music (been married to known actor, then divorced and often present in magazines)
* for ^ she may want to remind herself to more wide audience as a musican (I hope )
* + she is not a big name so it should be easier to convince her (she's good so there is a chance she won't be slayed by media)

rest 95% are TVP stupidity and lack of courage to pick a song such as "Bóg tu zmarł"

Really? I don't think they're similar. This is very meh, 2013 was actually rather catchy.
