Video spin off is a good idea of course, but I suppose it's kinda unfair competition. For example we can't compare Video Music industry of United KIngdom or USA with Azerbaijan or other young countires. In that case the countries which are highly developed in computer techlonologies or other unsual desings will definitly win...maybe even their songs won't be rather good. To be honest I don't have videos from my country which can compete with music clips of highlighted countries...So I suppose I will refuse of participating in that spin off...

You can do a good video even with a small budget
For example, in Estonia, our artists rarely have large budget for making "good" videos so instead they try to be creative and the results are really good.
Videos do not need to be perfect, even something new, fresh, but not so good can win
And, you do not have to choose your own country
BTW, can i already reserve Canada?
