How about picking random country and all entries have to be from that country.

Reason for this is that in current format only one entry comes from each country and only one person can pick one country which leaves lots of artists from all countries without chance to be presented.
Host or Mod should make sure that each entry is different song. We could decide if artists all have to be different or just songs.

I like the idea of random country/countries. Maybe we could pick one random country and one particular genre from that country, like ballads or dance songs or whatever.

This last selection process was a bit of a mess. We had a little too many choices and it just felt as if it was all over the place. So, I thought that we should overhaul the system of choosing the spin-off. Hele thought the same as well

Here's my idea of how we should organize the selection process each month.

We start suggestions early in the month (1st week of the month)
Then, we go on to the discussions of the suggestions like which one everyone prefers, (2nd week of the month)
Once we have trimmed down the choices based on the discussion, a poll will be posted with about 10 choices (3rd week of the month)
Around the end of the month, willing members should voice their want to host the spin-off

Here's another idea.

After the suggestion period of 1 week there will be 2 polls. The first poll will serve as a knock-off round (2nd week of the month). The suggestion that received the most votes (the top half) will go on to a new round of poll which will be the final poll (3rd week of the month). The 4th week should be the same as the other idea.

After the suggestion period of 1 week, there will be 1 poll, but the poll will allow for multiple choices (2 to 3 choices) depending on the number of the suggestions. The time period of the poll should still be 1 week long.
