what happened to creative moldova!!!!!!
They are being creative. They used something that worked several years ago for a song very similar to this one. The timing is right. Whether the choreo will have an impact is another thing.what happened to creative moldova!!!!!!
Who exactly is "us"? Some people that follow Eurovision and know how many points Sweden got in 1974 and how many points Imaani scored in 1998 and what was/were the colour(s) of the dresses that Elena Gheorge's dancers were wearing? To a lot of people that don't care too much about Eurovision or aren't bothered with statistics and know few winners off hand, and yet vote, will be a novelty act whether you like the song or not.Please. Attaching a "cool-looking" gimmick from a past esc entry to distract the audience your own, pathetic, awful, basic af entry is the opposite of creative. I am OFFENDED that they expect us to fall for that transparent, desperate CRAP.
That's actually very selfish to think that way and label it as cowardly or that she should accept her fate. She might as well not compete then. :? She, like most artists here aim for the finals (they spend months practicing and recuperating). I see that she copied a prop, but even Luca Hanni and his team are copying Cyprus from last year. People are not saying that, because Luca is attractive and he has a good boppy song, whereas Moldova is in the bottom of everyone's ranking. I am not a fan of that song, but I for instance find it to be way better than Albania and that it is a worthier qualifier than that overrated song. However, I am not saying that Albania cannot bring a sand artist and accept her fate. I would like to think that bringing a prop may be better for at least to keep your attention going. You don't have to like the song at the end and she doesn't have to qualify.I have no idea what your tangent is about, but w/e. Us, the fans, is what I refer to. It's insulting to our intelligence that they seem to think we would not be able to see though the logic of using that transparent staging trick. I'd rather Anna accept her SF fodder destiny, so Malta and Albania can reach the finals instead
And um, yeah, I hate it when lame songs come with distracting staging in a desperate attempt to gain votes? Don't you? I don't mind it when the staging offered matches the song, but that isn't the case here. Moldova know their song is a worthless sack of crap; the sand art was brought in as the main draw for the votes and that's cowardly. It tickles my sense of justice in a very unpleasant place if an act like Moldova's were to stake the chances of a brave, innovative, daring entry such as Albania, Malta or Austria. I will not sit quietly by the sidelines as long as this remains a possibility.

I doubt that Moldova is a super-contender now, but it definitely makes things more interesting. Clearly they are not aiming for the eurovision fans vote, as they have already eliminated her.
Mika Newton's reaction for the staging gave me life
I want that video played at my funeral
I miss that old fun, creative, original, colorful Moldova
I guess people take it badly because it's a blatant rip-off (female with the same sand art artist).
What? It is the same sand artist as in 2011?
