According to Croatian fansite, Moldova got third technical rehearsal due to numerous issues they faced during their second rehearsal. Estonia as well. Plus many other countries, but I am not sure they will repeat their rehearsal.

However, I don't think this deserves to qualify.

i avoided the intarwebs until the semifinals happened and i am deceased that out-of-contest ukraine found a way to hijack moldova AGAIN. moldova is their horcrux. i love ukraine so much.

This was bad. The sand thing worked for Ukraine simply because the song was (slighlty) better and the concept with sand was seen for the first time. Moldova was just bad last night.
