I'd rather have a poor man's "Wild Dances" (that will be revamped!) than yet another boring conventional ballad or Pop song in broken English ... if there's something that is missing from this year's ESC it's a ethno-pop booty shaker! (ok we have Poland for that but it's still not really that type).

You would think they want the people watching to see how well the artists are being received or maybe they don't want that to influence the televote or they want the show done with asap

I know right??? But juries screwing what could have probably been one of the best entries of the past decade probably made her scared sending something like that again (all her entries in English after that one have been dreadful )... I mean look at how they favor Boris... there's no space for anything interesting in this year's Moldovan selection

Why is that? Did they say they're pushing for that song or why are you under that impression?

Wouldn't they give him a better running order number if they were bias towards him?
