I'm also obsessed with The Cat's Song, it would be a good song to experiment with a good staging and score a great televote. But considering Latvia's results during these last years, I think it is better to play safe and go with Dons to qualify. If he qualifies, I'm sure he'll do well with the juries in the final.

This semifinal is totally useless, filled with tracks that won't even fit with Selectia Nationala, that you justify via budget issues. So... why this semifinal? Take a look at Finland's revival with UMK and please, as much as I like you, understand the good lessons of it. Get rid of these useless troll things and shorten your selection with some variety, you've got both Dons and the kitty kitty kitty cat song, it's already more balanced than the last two years (2022 full of troll bops, 2023 full serious mode)

I think if any nation are open to going rogue and embracing some quirkiness, it’s Latvia. Remember Aminata was the massive favourite to win a few years ago and that salad song beat her.

i think the sudden lights song was much stronger and has failed so...

I'm currently trying to live in a fantasy world in which The Cat's Song is likely to win and the song Hollow doesn't exist.

This song is the reason why it's a bad idea to follow NF season.

Hollow sounds very good live but they need totally different staging in my opinion. I didn’t like anything about it. Way too static and I didn’t like the colours at all.
