Well, then the 12p is an open case then. But still both on a cultural level but also political the ties are stronger with Russia.
But this is all just hypothetical, I hope EBU let them in though because otherwise it would be hypocritical imo.

we share common historical and cultural roots and traditions, and have made a cultural union with some organizations ( TURKSOY, Turkic Council etc. ). I believe that Kazakh people consider us very close to them but we can't know it now, we'll see if they participate.

I never denied this, I just say that the ties are closer with Russia and that's it.
Anyways friendly political voting/diaspora voting/cultural voting sucks anyways.. but hypothetically I can see another 12p for Russia here.
Nevertheless I want Kazakhstan to join.

Kazakhstan with no doubts is much closer to Russia, Ukraine and Azerbaijan
However they like other European music too so they can give pretty big points to non-neighbours... in this meaning they will be like Ukraine with 4 marks to "friends" and 6 marks to others.

the votes from Kazakhstan would be going to Russia (their taste is very close to the Russian/Slavic taste), Germany (you have no idea how many German Kazakhs I have met, they do exist as well lol ... one would rarely expect German community in Kazakhstan), and other ex soviet countries, after all ex soviets feel close to each other.
anyway, saying this I don't think they will be participating anytime soon. It's kind of pointless to open these topics each year

I head that Kazaksthan maybe join the Council of Europe, within 2 months as hope for them to join the EBU.
So, I hope that it will materialize for can compite hers at the ESC

I hope Kazakhstan wont participate. I cant see any commonality of them with Europe. Ok, Azerbaijan has lands both in East/South Europe and Asia, but culturally Azerbaijan is most developed country in the Muslim World. The Azerbaijan Democratic Republic, the first democratic and secular republic in the Muslim world, was established in 1918. They gave right to women to vote in 1918. Just a year later than Finland! Making their women more progressive than any other in West Europe (for example French, Italian and so on).
Besides, three Caucasian countries ( Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia) are Caucasian, which mean they belong to the Caucasian or Mediterranean type. When you want to identify yourself as white European you call yourself as Caucasian but what about Kazach people with mongolian face type? How can we identify them as Europeans? I think they should be withdrawn! Why not to great a Worldvision or Asiavision? I think many European countries will withdrawn if Kazakhstan will take part in Eurovision, because the voting system will be pretty predicted for them as well. I hope they won't take part in it!

What is your problem with Kazakhstan? Not all of Kazakh people have Mongolian face type, there are lots of them who are of Russian descent. must take part! They are more European then Morroco and Morroco already took part! The only thing they should is they shouldn't have any objections on waking up in the midle of the night to vote
