That article says that Norway and Belgium are in negotiations... I thought they'd both made it clear they were out, or have I missed something?
Okay, i'm also too optimistic about this years Junior Eurovision Song Contest (but realistic).
For now we have 13 countries with Bulgaria's return to the contest.
I think that Azerbaijan, Moldova and San Marino will participate - and hopefully Macedonia will stay too.
And we saw Montenegro debut (and it came from out of nowhere), so maybe 1 or 2 countries will also debut.
I also think that Albania will return after "their neighbours" has returned/debuted. I also hope for Romania.
So i hope for 18-20 countries, but that sounds too optimistic, but it would be great!
If the quality of the songs and the show manage to keep up with the Contests in 2012 and 2013, they are still hope for JESCOkay, i'm also too optimistic about this years Junior Eurovision Song Contest (but realistic).

I can't believe, but there is a lot of positive response in Bulgaria about our return to JESC and extensive media coverage of the news, which overshadows even our selections for ESC.
