Exactly, there was no confirmation from the TV company... just a few rumours and fictional stories lol

So we have 10 countries up to now.. with San Marino highly likely to return. Azerbaijan possibly returning. And a few possible debut countries.... we will exceed the 12 minimum and like I said before I believe there will be around 15
I think you're being way too optimistic
With Italy in I believe San Marino will be there.
Azerbaijan love eurovision and all it entails..
So I think both will be there which brings it to 12
I think Hungary (from what I have heard could be there - awaiting confirmation though)
EBU are in talks with new countries and past countries... If 2 of them say yes, thats the 15 sorted
I read somewhere that TV2 from Norway is very interested to debut in the contest this year. However it could just be a rumour, like it was with Greece
I hope for Ireland to join JESC too.
According to this article, 16 different schools will be involved in JESC 2014, and: They say that each school stands for a participating country. So will we see 16 entries this year???

According to the official JESC Twitter account, another debuting country is possibly entering the contest. As Hungary, Finland, Ireland, Iceland and Germany are not interested, we will probably see Czech Republic there. The returning country could be Norway (with TV2, not NRK).
I think it's the Czech Republic. Look, they've already made flag for the site... Czech Republic | Country profile | Junior Eurovision Song Contest - Malta 2014 . But also they've done for other countries too... But I have hopes!
