A Lova or Mimmi result (6th) is possible. But of course it depends on the final version of the song and her stage performance. And: the number of entries, it could be even more, about 15 or 16 this year.

:nl: came 2nd 2011 with a simular type of song, just saying

How many countries will participate this year? The contest need more than 12 countries each year if it want to survive in the future

Nice first song by Sweden of this year´s JESC-season since I like this kind of pop-songs.
But too early to predict a result.

I think JESC is awful.

But Swedens song is good and the fact that Greece participates in JESC just shows that they probably will in 2014

Uhm, it is very unpopular, very. No magazine ever writes about it, only kids between 5-12 watch it and the ratings for the show is pretty low, almost no one watches it and by those who do it is watched as a joke. Me and my friend watch it if we are really bored (only live) and then rank the songs. Although there is one song from JESC that I think is really good that I listened to many times, it was The Netherlands song in 2011 which was just xlove

Wow, I wonder why they keep participating in it then :/ In the three years the UK did it we got really good results but there was very low viewer ratings so ITV axed it.

Still seems like a waste of money xshrug

Well, SVT has a budget of everything and I can imagine that they might have some money over in the '' kids tv budget '' and might spend it on JESC?

And Christer Björkman needs something to do over the summer

Hopefully this means Cyprus will return to the ESC too. I'd be kind of pissed if they'd participate in JESC but not in ESC.
