Last year i pretty much expected most of the main entries,but for next year its really hard to say who will be in.Fedez ft Baby K wins the jury :lol:

You never know, last year in this period I couldn't imagine Fedez entering at all and in the end he wrote a song for his X Factor pupil Lorenzo Fragola. :mrgreen:

Yeah, you have to sing in italian. You can put some short lines in another language but the song must be in italian.

He did a good job, but he was really sly to "pretend" it was contemporary. He made very safe choices. If he really wanted to make it modern, he would have accepted the song that Dolcenera presented last year, and that Immanuel Casto and Romina Falconi have presented him for 2016, but he has already refused and this has NOT been for a musical reason. Well, we still have time. But he's definitely a conservative, despite the good results

There are some persistent rumours about il Cile, Negrita, Dolcenera, Max Gazzè, Luca Barbarossa and Paola Turci. Don't forget Emma Marrone as well and Francesca Michielin, who's not selling very well with her new album. They have records currently on sale or ready to be published (and this is the main basis to predict who's going to SR during winter).

Remember il Cile some years ago. Everyone said this was an easy win, insted he kinda sucked on stage so... I expect everything. One thing I know for sure: many other names in that list deserved way lot more than the chosen ones.

Well, after the bunch of news from other countries, I'm glad that we're AT LEAST safe with assured participation :D

Still few news on Sanremo names, anyway. Elio e le Storie Tese may be in the list, but I wouldn't really send them. Their songs can go well here, but can't really go far outside.

It's crazy to realize Italy takes care of Eurovision. I mean, who would imagine this country to take part, not only in Eurovision, but also in JESC. :D

well, Eurovision came back as a known program here - it'll be back on our main channel for the final - but Junior Eurovision... well, I don't want to talk a lot about it as I'm not really a fan of it :D

I think we can consider Arisa and Giusy Ferreri 99,9% in.

TV Sorrisi e Canzoni, our biggest newspaper/site about showbiz/music/tv wrote their names as possibile participants in Sanremo... usually they don't say names without a reason.

I thought Arisa was taking time out from music?.Maybe she meant only until February :lol:.I wouldnt write Arisa off winning again.She won in a very poor year, but was also 2nd in a very strong year.(La Notte was probably the best 2nd place ever).

I really like Giusy ,"Ti porto a cena con me" was a fantastic Sanremo song and she delivered it very well.I thought she might even get on the podium with Arisa but got nowhere near,you Italians voted for the nice girl over the smoking hot one .Thats a worry,although her profile is much much higher now thanks to Roma-Bangkok being such a smash hit this year.Wasnt it the biggest Italian hit of the year? ,Imagine her and Baby K doing that at the Ariston :eek:

Yeah, we can consider Roma-Bangkok the biggest hit in Italy this year. Now it's only about wondering - what will Giusy bring to our Festival?

Lets face it ,Alessandra would be a massive name for Conti and he would want her on the podium at least.Arisa wanted ESC and was robbed that year by winning SR but them sending Emma.Twice Emma has robbed her ;),,Sandra and Arisa,another Sony/Warner showdown,:?
