As I didn't know Emma previously, I decided to listen her song from the YT. And somehow ended up listening song "Cercavo amore". Can't go any further now It's just amazing! Hopefully sth like this will be also in the ESC ))

If they decide to send La mia citta Italy will be my ultimate number 1, but if they decide to send something new Italy will still stay on my number 1. I just adore Italian music and definitely Emma is on my personal top.

Amami is the first track written by herself published as single. (She wrote before in her ex band MJUR, amazing songs in english too, she has written Resta ancora un po' too, singed by Antonino but also by herin the tour in 2012 called "Sarò libera tour" in summer/autumn, there are two different versions: one simil-reggae and another ballad).

I'm sure the song will be La mia città 'cause it has been released in November 2013, I don't think she will press a new song.

I love her style. She's so charismatic, and I hope Italy choose the appropriate song for her.

For example, 'Amami' is a beautiful song. Something like that, my bet for Italy.

"Emma" is her stage name, but Emma Marrone isn't her true name too. Her true name is Emmanuela Marrone, but she said that only her mum when is angry call her in this way

Emma is definitely a boring stage name. I get it's her name shortened but there are already two million singers with that name....in Eurovision alone.

Emma isn't really much of a stage name, It's more like "people are too stupid to pronounce Marrone so I'll just be Emma!"

I think she'd decided to delete the last name 'cause in Italy many people are rude and, when they hear "Marrone" (Brown in english), they say: "Marrone? Marrone like the sh*t?". There are many jokes about people's last name, but I think it's pesky if a person listen them all life long
(It's only my personal supposition )
