The issue here is you are thinking because you don't like the song/performance that the rest of Europe also wont, this is where the difference between objectivity and subjectivity comes into play.I don't know. The actual song is not memorable to me. The vocals are a bit underwhelming too.
Yes, she looks great, love the outfits and the staging. But I don't know if that's enough.
I am only giving my opinion and think the vocals/song combo are too weak for it to qualify. You've summed up my unease better than I did myselfI am fine with it as a social media thing, something to get people talking and showing their support. But the fact that it is part of the performance rubs me the wrong way slightly. Feels a tad self-important.
How can your vocals be off while you scream? The "quiet" parts sounded fine to me.I am happy Bambi got through, but their vocals were a little off for me. Sounded to me like nerves, as in the rehearsal clips we have seen they have been largely fine. Hopefully, they get that under control for the finals.
It was in the quieter parts I am referring to. Something felt a bit off, maybe the timings on some moments, sometimes flicking into a more theatric delivery periodically then dropping it. I was listening with headphones so that may be why things felt a little off to me.How can your vocals be off while you scream? The quieter parts sounded fine to me.
