Iceland has dropped after tha language change and as I was one of the few people I kinda liked it, I'm sure it will fail...

I still cant believe how they chose this over Yohanna!

I think Yohanna's entry was quite weak especially when compared to 'Is it true?'. It would have made the final but would not have competed for top honours. therefore I think in a way that Yohanna has been done a favour with this going through instead. She can still get another shot with a stronger entry.

I love this song. I hope they perform it in English during the semi-final so that everyone can appreciate it. I don't speak Icelandic, so I missed the full power of the song when I heard it in that language. My other favourite is the Swiss entry, but I am keeping my fingers crossed for Iceland's first ESC win! I really hope the generic dance pop stuff many of the other countries are fielding doesn't beat out Sjonni Brink's Friends. Those songs could gag a goat...bleh...X-OI

I love this song from Iceland. It makes me smile, the boys are wonderful, but I don't like the english version. I know this year, this nordic country has a much weaker song than last years, but I think they have a chance to pick the Finals.

For me, this song is in the same boat as the Netherlands- I see them as direct competitors of one another. But this song has a more rustic feel than the Dutch song which I like. Great instrumentals, great voice, nice vibe. I just don't know why people don't like it much. Yeah, it sounds "dated", but musical styles come around :)

Still, the Holland song is MUCH better than Iceland this year...

Maybe it derserves, it's more catchy, more dynamic, if you know what i mean. Holland it's a song with a beautiful message, a soul song..;)

Yeah, I get what you mean. But for me, this song has a more heartwarming feel to it than the Netherlands's song. For me, both the lyrics of this song and "Never Alone" are great. For this song, I say that the lyrics, the warmth of the singers' voices, and the instrumentation complement each other really well. They all conform to the theme of love and coming home to someone you love. So, with that in mind, I call "Coming Home" a well put together song.
