This one went big in the hall and I always liked it a lot so I had a feeling that Iceland may score big on Saturday. Unfortunately that didn't happen but making the finals was a great accomplishment already so I'm not complaining. All of my favorites flopped big time this year (in the finals that is) and Iceland was one of them. Just another example that the audience and actual results were the complete opposite.

The biggest grower for me this year (along with Italy). I disliked it a lot in the beginning, but then after listening to the English version and after watching their performance I ended up liking it. However I knew it won't score too high, as the song doesn't have such huge capacity, but it's still nice to listen to while relaxing. A real radio-friendly song. I am sure Sjonni would've been proud of them despite the final result (:( ).

I've noticed that Hungary seems to vote for Iceland a lot!
Any reason for this, you think?

In 2007, they gave 10 to Iceland (Eirikur Hauksson*****– Valentine Lost) in the semi-final, whereas most other countries gave none or few, and again, this year, they gave 12 points both in the semi-final and final, receiving next to nothing from all other countries!

Man, I love Hungary! xD

This and Madness of Love (Italy) are the only Eurovision 2011 songs that I've heard from Estonian radio stations after the Eurovision (and out of Eurovision context). :)
