Sad about their result... really thought this would've been boosted up by televoting at least!

They were MUCH better in the final than in the semi! xup Climbed on my personal list again! ;) :)

Arna was ON FIRE while they performed..but jury always kill the best party and "jumping along" song as I tend to call them.. :?

Last year Germany and now Greece..

I was in Arena last year so I can say that Cascada made the best party perf...everybody jumped like this year with Greek perf.. :D :)

Man, the voting was brutal but I'm proud of the boys, they did their best.

As for next year Paola should go, hands down

As I said despite result I am really proud for the guys cause they did tge best that they could. The all the stadium was dancing and we brought the party which is really good. Personally I had predicted highest place (13-16) but this isn't a bad result either

First of all, we were in the final, so we must not complain! Greece has never missed any, since 2004! We cannot be in the top 10 every year!!!!!

Second, the song was just decent! We knew that only an amazing stage performance would save us! It did not happen! Better luck to us next year!

The boys did their best, so i hope greek eurofans won't stone them because of their place in the final!

Next year i am expecting from Greece to pay more attention to the song itself rather than trying to find a gimmick to save an okayish song!

I agree in everything you said about the performance. But if we wanted better songs we needed also time to make them. This year everything become quick cause it wasn't even sure if we would participate. I suppose that this year we are official in from the begin, so we will have and enough time to prepare our songs

I hope so Aggelina, but if MAD organizes the NF again i am expecting artists solely from Panic Records etc... We need to make things more open! Give the opportunity to some alternative artists!

There is not only dance pop/ethnopop!!!!

And last but not least! Let's stick to our own language, shall we? :D

It would be awesome to have Greek song again xcheer

I agree that and other artist should take part in the NF, but I am pretty sure that they will try to bring Foureira, Demy and Martakis in NF and many other pop singers. I am not sure but our economy is better now and NERIT has more viewers that ERT so they maybe make a NF by their own

So, this and Azerbaijan were the two biggest flops of the day, huh? Weird, because everyone seemed to have been enjoying the performance and the staging. I think the problem was really the song here. I remember when I first heard it, it was completely annoying and unmemorable. I grew to appreciate it with time, but alas, most voters don't have that luxury.

The performance was particularly entertaining. It was definititely in my Top 5, maybe Top 3.

I hardly liked Greek songs in recent years, because they became a bit predictable and generic.

But Rise Up was pure perfection. Maybe Rap still doesn't work with Eurovision audiences. Let's not forget France had a perfect act too and they became last. Sometimes, acts are just too good. But what Eurovision be like without daring?

i am SHOCKED!!!!!!!!!What whappened last night was so undeserving!!!!!!!!Really I cant beleive we ended up 20th!!!:eek::mad:

As i said, I m ttotally shocked ,for me the guys were just AWESOME ON STAGE, the audience in the arena went frantic, they performed way better than in the semi, so -to make a long story short- if in order to be voted you need to have disney -or non-disney-ballads, old fashioned songs, or dramatic acts, well, I prefer to ENJOY MYSELF!!

WELL DONE GUYS, RISE UP, YOU DID A GREAT JOB ON STAGE LAST NIGHTand the song will be a H U G E hit at clubs

p.s.The only GOOD thing about last night is that I HOPE the usual haters will stop in the years to come this crap about diaspora voting and block voting for Greece!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Unless thy feel that the 12points from Cyprus WHEN GIVEN TO US, and the 2 or 3 points from Serbia MAKE THAT HUGE DIFFERENCE!!!!!!!!
