I´m 100% for Krystallia. I absolutely love her last song!!!!!
Out of this lineup Martakis is the most famous among them and at first sight the obvious winner, but if he decides to enter with an english song like in 2008 he better stays home as his english pronunciation is not great and he will have 0 chances to win , remember his schlagerish attempt?.

I agree with some of you that he does much better with ballads than with pop songs, although i still find his singing abilities questionable and he has gone through just because of his looks. There are much better male singers in Greece.

I will be fine with him if he enter something like Anatropi

It is rumored that the composer of Krystallia's song is someone very famous in Greece. (not Korkolis)

I hate 95% songs of Martakis (as well as his voice and especially the way he pronounces the words), but I wouldn't mind him if he'd have a ballad song in Greek like "I agkalia mou" or "Anatropi", or even a pop-folk song like "Mathimatika". But I'm quite sure he'd come up with a "sex dance pop in English" if you know what I mean. Ewwwww.

Totally agree about the song styles and language! Let's hope someone from Platinum Records is listening! A ballad or pop-folk song in Greek would be nice. Please no dance pop song with bad English. :? I am sort of hopeful it will not be dance, only because of the names of Freaky Fortune and Mark Angelo in the mix. They will probably have some dance-infused songs, so I am hoping MAD/Panik/Platinum want at least some variety in the NF and wont have Martakis with a dance song too. But then again, I read a rumor that Dimitris Kontopoulos may be writing for him, so that could go either way. :?

"Mathimatika" is maybe his only uptempo song I like, and the two ballads of him I mentioned are really good ballads, but I doubt he'd come up with something like this for ESC. I'm pretty sure it will be what Greekboy said above that he hopes not: a "Eurovision style" song.

This is sadly what happens in many cases, and it is a real shame. :( I don't understand why they always try to go for the Eurovision style song, when their normal style is usually better and Eurovision has shown that many different styles can thrive. Hopefully all the NF acts this year stay close to their real style. xcrossed

I know things are different this year because of the craziness with the formation of the new broadcaster, but I find it a bit concerning that we have not seen an official announcement from DT/MAD yet. At least announcing their collaboration. The supposed national final date in March 5th. 12 days away!

The song of Kostas Martakis is composed by Ilias Kozas (leading singer of Koza Mostra,ESC 2013).
Its full in Greek, uptempo, with rockish & balkan influences.
