If rumors are true Kristallia is the most promising, followed by Freaky Fortune!

Other 2 are not that promising actually!

Freaky Fortune are ok, Krystallia also ok. And that's it.

I'll reserve jusgement until I hear the songs, but I think Freaky Fortune won't be the one I'm going for.

Oikotimes is claiming some variations in the line up:

THE PARTICIPANTS
Kostas Martakis
Kristallia
Mark Angelo feat. Josephine
Freaky Fortune feat. Risky Kid

Additionally some details about the NF:

*Once again MAD TV will produce the national final show but NERIT will broadcast the live show on the web and on national television. The show will be named “Eurosong 2014 – a MAD show”
*The show will take place on March 4th (dates 3 and 5 of March are still negotiable) at the Gazi Music Hall(?) again. Tickets will be issued most likely in better than last year pricing.
*Kostas Martakis and Krystalia will be two of participants
*Yorgos Kapoutzides and Despina Vandi will host the show once again unde rate guidelines of the master of shows Mr Fokas Evangelinos.
*The third participant is a totally new comer female artist: Josephine
*The fourth participant is a new boy band: Freaky Fortune
*The songs for the four participants are still under review and several proposals have been made to the record label Panik Records and Plantinum Records, labels which are assigned to help in the national selection as they will share the costs of the participation (a deal in which no other record label wanted to be part of)
*The show will celebrate the 40 year anniversary of Greece and therefore there will be no international guests but former Greek Eurovision participants
*Elias Kozas and Koza Mostra might be more involved than just performing last year’s Greek entry in Eurovision Song Contest.
*Hard negotiations on the role and potential participation of Marinella (Greece 1974) is ongoing with positive feeling on the outcome. Live performance by Marinella though is out of the picture (at this moment).

BREAKING NEWS: THE CORRECT GREEK LINE UP! | OIKOTIMES.COM

From this amended line up, if I would have to GUESS on song styles, I would say Kostas Martakis with something pop with some ethnic elements. (If we assume that there will be the token ethnic element song, I think Martakis is the best bet here) Kristallia with a ballad? Mark Angelo feat. Josephine with a pop dance song. Freaky Fortune feat. Risky Kid with a dance song featuring hip hop elements/rapping. Let's see how close I fall when the songs are released.

Krystallia or Freaky Fortune seem to be the only good options. But they could come up with something very meh, so I don't know which one I prefer before listening to the songs. They can both sing well in English. Although since Krystallia is leading a solo career, she's been singing mostly Greek songs. When she was in OtherView, she was singing mostly in English. They can both sing well live as well (the singer of Freaky Fortune was in X Factor and he was a good live singer if I remember well).

I hate 95% songs of Martakis (as well as his voice and especially the way he pronounces the words), but I wouldn't mind him if he'd have a ballad song in Greek like "I agkalia mou" or "Anatropi", or even a pop-folk song like "Mathimatika". But I'm quite sure he'd come up with a "sex dance pop in English" if you know what I mean. Ewwwww.

About Josephine, I can't judge by only 1 song where she was just featured (although I quite like the song) but my impression is that she's kind of a "model turned singer" (not that Martakis is anything else, though) with zero personality and questionable if she's got good live vocal abilities.

I'd say Martakis isn't the sure winner, because Krystallia can beat him with a powerful song IMO. But he's still the big pre-favorite regardless of the song

Yeah, he'd be something like Sarbel in 2007. I agree about a song like "Mathimatika". If it has to be Martakis (better not), then only with something similar to that one, because "Mathimatika" is actually his only good song.

Nah, it's not something like Sarbel in 2007 I was talking about. Much more something like Sakis in 2009. Ewwww....

"Mathimatika" is maybe his only uptempo song I like, and the two ballads of him I mentioned are really good ballads, but I doubt he'd come up with something like this for ESC. I'm pretty sure it will be what Greekboy said above that he hopes not: a "Eurovision style" song. :?
