I agree, I hated 2011, and 2013 too, but at least it wasn't that cheap...

I want like Anna Vissi in 2006!

^^ Sorry, did not listen to this!

I had it to "mute"!

I was dying because of that video not singing or song (even I really like "Summer Wine" but in original version).

I would want Demy to represent us but they will find her a cheap song and we will fail once again... :?

A HUGE NO to singers like Kostas Martakis or Eleni Foureira, just NO.

I'm into alternative actually. I'd love to see alternative artists representing Greece for at least once...

The old ERT staff are claiming that this is just smokescreens to give credibility to DT, and that Greece will withdraw from the contest by the 2nd deadline in a month as DT is not and can not become an EBU member. I'm not really understanding their rational, since it was never a question of DT handling the contest and becoming an EBU member? I thought all the other sites said that NERIT is the one that is going to handle the contest and become the full EBU member in the next month. :?

I just can't take this seriously sorry... it's almost as bad as TRT's lame excuses for leaving ESC...

How is it "failing" when you've reached the top. 10 each year since 2004 (bar 2012)? Alot of countries could just dream of a track-record like that... xshrug

Oh and GO Eleni! xcheer

I keep my fingers crossed for Greece, hope you will enter the contest! And I would like Demy or Vegas to represent you. :)

It was pretty much obvious that I meant the 2012 failure... You know, cheap song?

And I'm negative to Eleni because she is a huge dissapointment live. Her vocals are very weak. She trembles just by walking. And her English suck (if she participates,it will be an English song 100%).

But who even knows,we'll see ;)

Oh I see, I thought you meant generally since you didn't point out any particular year... however, 2012 may have been a bit cheap but I prefer it over 2009-2010 & 2013 tbh.

As for Eleni, what you say is unfortunately the truth yes, I want her simply because I like her style and music... why would she insist in English btw? I could see her going with something in Greek tbh.

I forgot to say that from Greece I want only songs in Greek, even pop in Greek. You have such a beautiful language that Greece shouldn't be allowed to sing in English. :p

In 2014,Greece will complete 40 years in Eurovision.
Our first entry was back in 1974,with the most famous greek woman singer until our days,Marinella.
Her career started in 1957,and greeks still adore her like a goddess!
She will be 79,but it would be amazing if she represents again Greece.

Because she really wants to promote herself in the rest of Europe, so it will be obvious for her to choose an English song. I'm afraid it will be fatal for her performance, if her accent is still like this...

This one came 2nd in the Greek pre-selection back in 2010,close enough!
