the 27 year old song writer of the greek entry, g.christodoulopoulos, was interviewed the previous days and as he said (in free translation......)
"We wanted to send something abroad that relate to our Greek culture. but at the same time ,we wanted to take into consideration,the contemporary trends in music that you can not ignore when addressing foreign audiences.
at the moment I'm locked up in my studio and remake the piece for Dusseldorf. Making some changes to the instrumentation and orchestration, as goal is to strengthen its greek element
every year there are lots of talks after a song is being selected...but lets all wait and see till the 10th of may.what u saw in the f
