that voting was cruel, i didnt expect will church or rene miller to get a huge amount of points from the public but that was cruel.
overall the best choice won imo

I'm so much in agreement with the Finnish jury. One of the few juries that could appreciate rock music and not ONLY ballads. I actually more often than not agree with juries, not the public. But I'm tired of the love bombing of ballads or very standard songs only.

My love in Blind Channel represented the coolest jury in Europe this night ;)

Well I knew Will Church would need 100 public vote points to win, and he only got 21. He's now tied with Ikke on 111 points, but does the public vote take precedence on tiebreaker rule? If so, it's a pity because, in my opinion, Will Church's "Hold On" is better than Ikke Hüftgold - "Lied mit gutem Text".

Anyway, Lord Of The Lost - "Blood & Glitter" won; I guessed it would. Congratulations to Lord Of The Lost for winning. Although not my taste in music, it was well performed and well staged tonight. Hopefully it will be staged equally well, if not better, in Liverpool in May.

Commiserations to Patty Gurdy - "Melodies of Hope" for finishing last, but to be fair, I thought Patty didn't give it her best vocally tonight, especially on the choruses.

Will basically sweeping the juries definitely wasn't on my card and I like the song. Anyway, LOTL was by far the best choice if Germany wants to make any type of impact. The juries, in general, have never been super crazy about rock songs, so the performance of LOTL with the international jury didn't surprise me. Good luck Germany. Easily your best entry since 2018. Hopefully it'll get a good result.

I'm so happy for the German public that you get to be represented by your favorite entry, despite the Int. juries favoring Will.
I would be very shocked if LOTL leave Liverpool with zero points. (Finland, if nothing else, will for sure give this a lot of points :)) Their lead vocalist has a great live vocal - which I also thought René did, so I was pretty shocked he ended second to last.

Yes, my most favorite song won and I could cry.

Nevertheless I want to say that this was a shitty show. The camera work was terrible, the stage much too small ant the sound awful. Germany could learn from other countries how to make a decent NF.
I am thanking the Juries to putting Ikke last ---- well except UK, but I forgive you. :ROFLMAO:
And I am thankful for the German audience for sticking with LOTL. The staging wasn't perfect in my eyes, something lacked, but I hope they can fix that until May. But Germany my most fave entry since ... well, can't remember, too long ago!
