I'm watching performance again (not the winning one), but I agree with Rainy that reaction of the blonde one was genuine and cute in the winning performance..and I like this more than Italy and Slovenia now , still not sure but I think I do...

I actually now like that one sister is worse vocally, one is very good, cause it gives me some “sisters” vibes..this concept is fantastic..

Just seeing the Performance myself - and I really love it. People assume that this will be Bottom 5 at ESC or something, but actually I can see this even among top 10.

Lmao literally my least favourite of this otherwise great line-up. I'm really starting to get annoyed by this year's national finals.

However....sisters, your song is not bad. So here, take my 5 points.

Well, I calmed down a bit. This is just another NF disappointment for me (like Romania, Australia, Estonia,...). I would've been fine with Aly, Lilly or Linus. Maybe even BB Thomaz. Wasn't a fan of S!sters, and probably won't be. But of course I'll root for them in Tel Aviv. Their reaction on the win was quite cute. Maybe we'll do better than I think, let's see.

The German national final for the Eurovision Song Contest 2019, Unser Lied für Israel, is now over. The winning song, which will represent Germany in the Eurovision Song Contest 2019, is S!sters – "Sister".

Although I ranked this song third out of seven, I don't mind it winning; I still thought this was one of the better songs in Unser Lied für Israel 2019. Whilst the international juries' scores were being awarded, Makeda was in the lead for a while, and it looked as though she would win. I'm glad S!sters won over Makeda, as I thought S!sters had a better entry than Makeda.

So how well, or badly will Germany score in the Eurovision Song Contest Grand Final on 18 May 2019? Last year Michael Schulte represented Germany and finished 4th with 340 points. Can S!sters do equally well or better, or will they return to bottom / near bottom of the scoreboard as in 2015 to 2017 inclusive? Time will tell. Whatever happens, Germany doesn't have to worry about qualifying from one of the semi-finals as they are one of the Big Five. The German national final for the Eurovision Song Contest 2019, Unser Lied für Israel, is now over. The winning song, which will represent Germany in the Eurovision Song Contest 2019, is S!sters – "Sister".

Not necessarily a bad song but it's just ridiculous how a bland song like this won when you had 2 potential top 10 songs.

Wear Your Love receiving only 7 televoting points.

Bland, boring song. Loved Germany last year, but not this year.

I predict bottom 5, bottom 10 at best.

I can see myself soon upgrading my 10 points! xheatxheatxheat The harmony of their voices, the power in the song, the minimalistic performance, yet the power ...

Okay, somehow I knew that either Sisters or Bruhn would win this. They were the NDR favorites and they got their will. To me, this feels just soo frustrating. We had at least three better songs in the competition and went for the okay-ish entry, once again. If it would be 2017 or if we had the UK's entries (no offence!), I would be okay with our entry. But we had soo much potential. At least two very promising ladies, who put soo much energy in their entries. Yet, we're ending with the same kind of song, we're always sending. If something's good, don't change it!
I really don't know, if I'm going to follow the contest any longer or if I'm going on a pause. I'm still hoping the best for Soldi and The Netherlands, but right now, just thinking about it, feels rather frustrating.
Over and out xfacepalm

Who would have thought yesterday that we could end up with more 0s than 12s?
