And who votes in the first round? Only televoting?

Nah, it's almost a minute too long. I meant an ESC version

Sorry I realized this like a second too late :D
But I guess the EUrovision-version will be just as nice as this one :p

Well that sucks.
Guess that seals the fate already of MarieMarie then:(

I was confident she'd at least top the jury vote this year.

I just found out about that a few hours ago, very unhappy with that. So one of the big names will take it all regardless of the song quality.

Hi GermanBango! :)

Bad news! :( jury is more objective I guess and doesn't vote only for names..

Who from Germany is going to vote for "Thank you" in the name of one humble Serbian ESC fan!

I think Santiano has much more fans in Germany, who are older an dont have Facebook.

Oceana has more likes in whole Europe because of Euro2012. The baseballs have a lot of international fans, too.
Thats my opinion.

Unheilig and Santiano will be 100% in Round 2 Elaiza and MarieMarie got no chance :(

This makes me sad. Although on the other hand it would mean that Santiano would at least get to perform both song being in the top 4 xyaay

I think that even with a jury vote as well, in all likelihood Unheilig would walk this.

It's a shame as I think i'm actually looking forward to pretty much everyone apart from Madeline who's style of voice I really don't like. I'm going to be absolutely delighted with an Unheilig win though. They'd go straight to my number 1 spot for this year.

By the way, where is their other song? I can't find it anywhere.

just saw the Unheilig video. hmmmmmmm

At the first look I expect him to scream BENZIIIIN any moment followed by some heavy guitar and some hard playing drums... but then I noticed that he is wearing a shirt and tie WHAT THE...

The music starts playing, the singer tries desperate with a very deep voice to convince us the he is emotional bordering to soft.......... ehhhh

I know that some boys who personal can relate their feelings to "Der bewegte Mann" now starts dreaming.....

Maybe if they had entered 10 years ago you wouldn't have been to far out. :D

Sorry but if Germany pick Unheilig (which seems inevitable with being a popularity contest) they will end up bottom of the big 5 this year and definitely right hand side of the scoreboard. Their song is the pure generic rock thing that usually sinks like a stone at eurovision.
Madeleine Juno, Mariemarie, Oceana and The Baseballs are much more interesting entries and more worthy of a place in Copenhagen!

The band used to make much darker, industrial music but I believe they have softened over the years and seem to favour more luscious contemporary ballads these days.

I'm very picky in regards to male voices. I usually find it so difficult to come across a voice to connect with but Der Graf (of Unheilig) just has the most deep, soothing tone. I appreciate the directness of his voice. Not many sing like him today. It's all up and down, vocal gymnastics and other stuff I don't appreciate. I just find him great and a breath of fresh air.

And he's hot xheat

I don't think that Oceana qualifies for Round 2 Her songs are too boring

I think Madeline, Santiano and unheilig qualify. The 4th place goes to Das Gezeichnete Ich or The Baseballs.

Out if the last 8 songs, I think 2 of these will qualify for the 3rd round:

Als wärs das erste Mal
Fiddler on the deck
Error
Wir sind alle wie eins

You know, I'm really hoping that you're good at predicting things... :p Fiddler on the Deck is my favourite, Als wärs das erste Mal is my third favourite and I'm looking forward to hearing Wir sind alle wie eins. Now just replace Error with Like Lovers Do and you'd have my top four perfectly!
