There, problem solved) and the song is fine (if generic and would be much, much better if it were in a different genre such as gospel or dance). There is a precedent I remember: Moldova 2014. The original version was on the CD. However, the revamp was performed at pre-parties.

I highly doubt we will wait so long to hear the new version of "Roi" tbh. That would be counterproductive anyway: if Bilal is to attend pre-parties, it would be logical to promote the revamp.

After recent years I really thought that France has founds its recipe how to be successful in Eurovision but this song doesn't go anywhere again.
The verses are really interesting and tbh, I love everything about them but the chorus is such a letdown. I think I have said it before but the chorus itself isn't "dramatic" enough for that kind of artist. It somehow got lost in that strange language mix and Bilal's limited vocal range and non-existing highlight/stand-out Middle 8 part.
