It's official, my mum likes our entry this year She talked about it before I even had the opportunity to tell her Eurovision is to start tomorrow

She said this is finally a good song from us (in recent years, she only supported Amaury) and that Amir's quite cute/handsome. She asked me if we had a chance to do well because according to her, there's no reason we should bomb this time.

My aunt, however, shares my opinion: she finds it meh.

Anyway, I'm so excited the Eurovision season will truly begin for me!

Straight into my top 5 Great song and imo the only song this year that has true potential to become a huge hit after Eurovision. Is it going to win? No, it doesn't have that capacity, but is going to end well and stay remembered? Oh hell yes.

The temptation to watch it (as well as Spain & Sweden who also appear to be on there) is massive, but I think I'll hold off and wait until I can watch it on TV. I wish people wouldn't post spoilers like that online, it takes the fun out of it all.

i'm surely biaised, i mean, no, that's for sure
but I still believe in a win. I had a good moment watching it, they were some "miss" I can tell, but all of it felt so genuine and fresh and I can actually forget the flaws cause I had a great moment.
Anyway if we don't win, that's a good job from France ! proud of you guys

The last part of the song, his voice is too high, but he has 5 days to change that, nothing really alarming for me.
We can largely made a top 5 , and a victory is not out.

What I can tell (take this with high precautions) : They're still working on what is appearing on TV, they keep telling that the actual footage won't be at 100% what we're gonna see on saturday. The main problem seems to be the colors, they want something brigther, warmer.
They know about "looking at the cameras" as everybody is thinking he's not watching them enough.

So they know they maybe have the right song and they receive critics to improve what they can do, Amir's vocal coach has arrived on Monday to work on the vocal flaws to make him prepared for the final. France televisions is taking it VERY seriously.

Sounds really promising! I actually liked the stage, don’t think that this song needs so much "Tamm-Tamm" (does that word work in English? Lmao, okay, better say "circus") as it already spreads a lot of positive vibes along with Amir himself (how can you even dislike him? He's smiling 24/7, love it). But his vocals have been shaky, there's no denying, hope they manage to fix that – and Paris 2017 can come (would rather like Budapest, but Paris is absolutely fine, too ).

just watched the full performance during yesterday dress rehearsal. still some camera look to fix but it definitely is not bad. probably better than russia (I was realy disappointed by the way the staging looks on tv, so chip...). Go Amir, I still believe in you !!!

That's what I thought. His vocals didn't sound that great, but staging looks alright. He needs to improve it for Saturday.

Why is Amir like covering himself? It didn't sound like the real song and the vocals were quite weak. Now I'm even more sure that this can't be considered a favourite.
