I listened to the last Coeur de Pirate on the radio and it's so xheart
Béatrice is among my top to represent France. (She's Canadian, but we are the same ;) )

And for Euro [MENTION=9441]RainyWoods[/MENTION] Song Contest, I'd love to see Luce on stage. She'd be an awesome representant. She's so unique ! :D

She released an album last year and it didn't work that well... She's not a front artist since several years. Her last big tune is from 2012...

Edit : But, she's about to release new songs soon apparently and she'll release a best-of to celebrate her 10 years of career in October

I've read Kendji wouldn't consider doing Eurovision... at least next year because he's got a busy schedule. And to be honest, as long as he's successful, I'm sure his team will not approve of such a thing. In addition to that, he is a TF1 product for now (a rival broadcaster), so that won't happen I guess.

I'm wondering what France 2 will come up with... Hopefully, it won't be a copy of Mans, as Nathalie André suggested in her post-contest interviews. First, she wanted to go with a French girl group similar to the Spice Girls :? and then she thought a Taylor Swift-like singer with a pop song would do the trick, but she eventually chose Lisa Angell... Obviously, she will now look for something modern and upbeat, unless she changes her mind.

Send an opera snger, it would stand out and get the snob votes. Plus being in Frech would be a big plus with that kind of song, unless it's going to be trainwreck like "La voix"

Plus an opera singer brought them their best result in the five recent editions of Eurovision... but I´m not really a fan of opera in ESC.

Kendji would be the obvious choice but he's way too successful at the moment to risk a flop.

France really needs a big uptempo song but "what the hell"!!! All the wrong choices they made in the last decade... and it's a pity because I DO WANT FRANCE TO WIN sometimes...

My dream for ESC is one of my favourite singers of all times. She's got new material as well. And she's very good at writing quality pop anthems

So France is doing next year what the UK did this year. I just hope France is better at picking a song.
